HOW TO INSTALL WORDPRESS?

Installing WordPress is fairly simple. The most common method of installing WordPress is online
using Softaculous or WordPress installer which can be located on the cpanel dashboard. This
process will automatically upload all essential WordPress files, create database and update the wpconfig.
php file all in a click of a single button. The more times you do it, the faster you get at it.

Let us get into more details on installing WordPress via the cpanel method:

Step 1: Login to cpanel:

Insert your “Username & password”. These login credentials will be sent to you by your host
administrator as an email once you have registered and confirmed your domain.

Step 2: cpanel dashboard:
Within the cpanel dashboard. Navigate to the “Software” tab and locate the “Softaculous Apps
Installer” sub-tab. Click on this tab.

Step 3: Install WordPress:
Press the blue “install” button.

Step 4: Configure the pre-installation setting:
Choose the https:// protocol and leave the directory input field empty. This will ensure that all your
WordPress files are installed in the correct public_html folder. Change the “Site name” and the
“Site Description”. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the install button.

Step 5: Wait for the installation process to complete:
Once the progress bar reaches 100%, your WordPress installation has now complete!
